For the sightseeing train, the battery is like its “heart”, supplying the energy to the whole train, to extend the service life of the sightseeing train battery, we need to pay attention to the following four points:

1. There are manykinds of batteries on the market, which one we should choose?

Now the battery used in large equipment are mainly nickel-hydrogen batteries, lithium batteries, lead-acid batteries, so which one is better? Although the electric capacity of NiMH batteries is larger than the many other batteries, but the battery pack will be prone to problems, the time and cost in the postmaintenance and problem solving will be higher; lithium batteries are more expensive than lead-acid batteries, and the safety is also worse than lead-acid batteries, so in the using,  it needs to do a good job of safety precautions frequently to prevent damage to lithium batteries and preventthe fire or explosion accident; Though the lead-acid battery service life may be slightly shorter than that of lithium battery, but its cost and safety stability arebetter than lithium battery – so we recommend the lead-acid batteryfor the electric train ride equipment.

2. The battery cleaning maintenance

  It is important to do a good job of cleaning of the battery. If you do not care about the cleaning of the battery surface and connection line during use, and allow unknown stains to remain attached to it, it may lead to further erosion of pollutants, thus causing the battery to short circuit. If we see that the battery has stains that need to be cleaned during the inspection process, we can use electrolyte and cotton yarn to wipe carefully, and then dry with a damp cloth, especially to note that during the cleaning process, we should avoid the liquid from entering the inside of the battery to prevent leakage or increase self-discharge, which may result in equipment failure during operation. We also need to often check whether the amusement electric train battery connection linenut has loosened, reinforce it timely to avoid sparking or burned pole column problems.

3. Don’t store with over-lowbattery power

Over-low battery power means that we don’t charge it in timeafter running the electric train equipment.We should charge the sightseeing electric train in timewhen the battery power LED is red.If the operator does not pay attention to the charging, the sightseeing small train equipment is often over-loss power storage, it will easily lead to the battery sulfation problem, or lead sulfate crystals attached to the battery’s pole plate, so that the battery’s electric ion channel is very easy to block. Once the electronic channel is blocked, the battery will not be charged, or the charge is less, which will aggravate the problem of decreasing electric capacity, thus greatly reducing the battery life of the train. If the train equipment is usually idle, does not need to run, the battery should also need to be charged once every half a month or so, after charging, pay attention to store it in the cool place.

4. Charging time of the electric train

  In the shopping mall sightseeingelectric train equipment first few chargings, we recommend that the charging time is more than 10 hours, after that the daily charging time of the train should be about 8-10 hours. It’s better to charge the electric train afterfinishing runningat night because it can have enough time to be fully charged. If the flow of people is relatively high, it is recommended to purchase additional spare batteries. It is not recommended to charge the equipment for 2-4 hours and then turn on the equipment again. It’s known that the battery has a charge cycle limit, lead-acid batteries are generally 500 times the battery cycle, so a short time of charging is actually a damage to battery life, besides, the lead-acid battery has “charging memory”, if charge short time frequently, the battery may record it as full charge, and stop charging after a short-time charge,then the electric capacity will be greatly depreciated.
